Refund policy

This policy applies to digital website templates purchased from Webify.

Digital products

Templates are digital products that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. For this reason we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Please check each template's live demo before buying.

When do we refund?

Within 14 days of purchase, we refund the full amount if:

• the files are faulty or incomplete and we could not fix the issue within 5 business days of you telling us,
• the product is significantly different from what the live demo shows, or
• you accidentally bought the same product more than once.

How to request a refund

Email your order number and a short description of the problem to info@webifyshop.com. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

Payment provider

Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, and their buyer terms also apply.
